Whether you’re aiming for better results in the arena or simply want to enjoy your rides more, your mental state plays a huge role.
And yet, we often overlook it. Stress, pressure, overthinking, fear of failing… all that can take the joy out of riding — and affect your connection with your horse.
 
The SophroCavalier® method is here to change that.

🧘‍♀️ What is SophroCavalier®? It’s a unique blend of sophrology (breathwork, body awareness, relaxation, and visualisation), adapted specifically to the needs of riders. We start the work on foot, learning to manage emotions, focus your mind, and reconnect to your body. Then, when the time is right, we take it into the saddle, always in collaboration with your trainer if needed. Every session is fully personalised. The goal? To give you simple, powerful tools that actually work — in real riding situations.

HI ! My name is ZOrina

Everything I do starts with passion — for horses, for people, and for the incredible potential that lies within us all.

 

My journey began with a deep love for horses, and today they’re still at the heart of my work. Through mental preparation for riders, I help you manage emotions, build confidence, and bring your best self to the arena and beyond.

 

At the same time, my multi-passionate nature has led me to explore and share tools like Reiki, yoga, naturopathy, and breathwork. Each of these practices weaves into a holistic approach that supports balance, well-being, and performance — in sport and in life.

 

I evolve with every experience, every encounter, every new path. Surrounded by trusted collaborators, I love creating spaces where growth and transformation can happen — whether in private sessions, retreats, or workshops.

 

If I’m here today, it’s to share these passions, help others thrive, and bring a little more joy into the world.
